Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch review: Working to work, best for exercise

Appearances can be deceiving. On its face - relatively literally - the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch plays part of a wearable satiny factory.

It has a fashionable design with a plenitude of clean watch face options, a merging figure, and a well-crafted silicone ribbon with slanted striping that all add to the sophisticated look.

You'd be forgiven for allowing the GTR 3 to be an established smartwatch for the office. But, actually, the Amazfit GTR 3 is sorely lacking for full office effectiveness.

It's limited in third-party app downloads, isn't used for phone calls, and does get the textbook submissions and app announcements needed to re-sync.
As a health shamus, still, the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch hit the mark. It has over 150 unique sports modes and its detectors can tell you about everything from your breathing to the oxygen position of your blood.

That means that if you're in demand for a drill shamus and you're unsettled by the option that doesn't cancel to everyone that you have a spa accessory strapped to your wrist, the Amazfit GTR 3 could be a stylish smartwatch for fitness.

It meets the requirements of professionals looking for wardrobe accessories because they present criteria just as well as meeting the requirements of athletes who want to dig into their performance statistics.

A Versatile Wearable

Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch review: Working to work, best for exercise, A Versatile Wearable

The Amazfit GTR 3 fits in from the workplace to a workout.

What's the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch?

Released on October 20, 2021, the Amazfit GTR 3 is Huami's follow-up to the Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch.

The $179.99 Amazfit GTR 3 offers many of the same shadow health features as its predecessor while increasing the total battery life possible a week (from 14 to 21 days on a single charge).

The Amazfit GTR 3 also improves detector technology for more accurate measures across exercise modes, stress and sleep monitoring,

plus certain Exertion Intelligence (PAI) health assessments that go beyond step counting. However, it drops the speaker to let you answer the call.

Amazfit GTR 3 Design

The Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch has a round face with a minimalist look that doesn't scream the smartwatch.

It does have a rotatable navigation crown at the top right – next to an alternate menu button – that looks very similar to the wind tool on an analog watch.

When the 1.39-inch HD AMOLED display isn't moved, all you see is a satiny black face with an analog watch mark engraved on the bezel.

You can keep the look minimalist by choosing an analog watch face from one of the 100 options available through the Zepp app,

although I prefer a digital face that tells me the number of my diurnal steps. The very attractive glass touchscreen doesn't relatively match its resistant billing,

but the 454 × 454 resolution screen offers brilliant nits and is nice and clear, featuring picture colors and easy-to-read textbooks.

The Amazfit smartwatch comes in Thunder Black and Moonlight Gray and the body is made of durable aluminum amalgamation.

Advanced features brought by Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch

The smartwatch is also rated at ATM 5, which means it can survive swimming and indeed dive up to 50 steps.

At 32 grams, it's lighter than other fitness trackers like the 38 gram Fitbit Versa 2.

Plus, the 22mm-wide silicone swatch offers 14 size holes, allowing a comfortable fit that doesn't bother my wrist,

indeed when wearing health shamus and sleep shamus for more than two weeks without taking it off for anything but a quick shower (I decided to take it off too because when I tested my well-equipped amazfit Bip U Pro,  This band oppressed my skin.

Health and movement detectors are on the back, with GPS looming. Shamus health can measure the heart rate and oxygen situation of spO2 blood,

acceleration detectors measure your movement, gyroscopes reading chicken watches, and geomagnetic detectors help point you in the right direction. There is also an ambient light detector.

Setting up the Amazfit GTR 3

The stress-free setup process makes you use the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch to track diurnal power as soon as you open the box.

You can use QR laws to download the Zepp app or search for it in the app store.

Once you've downloaded the app, use your phone's Bluetooth connectivity to sync it to the smartwatch (the process takes up a lot of twinkle).

The Amazfit GTR 3 has a Bluetooth5.1 BLE connection and the Zepp operating system is compatible with Android 7 and over or iOS 12 and above.
I've downloaded the Zepp app while testing the Amazfit Bip U Pro, so I'll previously include my fitness pretensions, health data, and alert settings (concluding to receive calls, textbooks, and news update announcements on my watch).

But I would say from memory that the entire setup process, including choosing your preferences, requires about 15 twinkle.

One of the frustrating things about the still unfinished Beep U Pro with the Amazfit GTR 3 is that apps and smartwatches feel regularly break away.

That means if you don't open the Zepp app every day, your watch may stop displaying information like incoming calls.

To be sure, opening the Zepp app reminds you of all the essential shadows that watch furniture is all about – from detailed sleep reports to one-workout notes. However, I prefer not to have to open the application constantly to maintain a connection.
Satiny design is suitable for everyday use. Features of Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch
While there are some business-inclined features like Alexa connectivity and to-do-list operation, the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch really came to me as fitness first. Then there are my takeaways

Exercising its capacities

No matter your sport, this Amazfit smartwatch can track it. I use it on my bike, on rowing machines, on ellipses,

on rollerblades, and while lifting weights. In rowing mode, for example, a smartwatch will track the number of strokes,

the number of strokes per set, the duration of the drill, and the heart rate. However, it will track your height and distance, if you use it for climbing.

Sports options, which you can prick by pressing the down side button, range from skiing and snowboarding to climbing stairs and spinning to square dances and skateboarding.

You can stop exercising or choose interval breaks and, when you're done, the watch estimates how long you should let your body recover before exercising again.

On the track

The Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch is also impressive as a health shamus, offering data such as blood oxygen and stressful situations in addition to 24/7 heart rate monitoring.

This data comes from biotracker PPG3.0 Biometric Detector which monitors everything.

You can choose a one-valve measurement to see your health instantly – be silent for 60 seconds and you'll be given everything from your stress position to your heart rate to the oxygen condition of your blood in one shot.

The watch will also warn you when you are too stressed or when you need to stand up. This will indeed tell you to rest when needed, which I plant to be a nice difference to the "Get up and move" memo.

All of this data, combined with your deployment situation, contributes to a Specific Energy Intelligence index (PAI) that provides a complete and customized picture of your health.

PAI scores are personalized based on your athletic ability and physical data, so not everyone needs to do the same quantum exertion to reach 100 PAI.

It also adjusts to your better health, relying only on seven days of previous data to set the deployment position needed to achieve maximum score.

That means that as your heart rate and diurnal energy intensity improve, it becomes more difficult to reach 100.

The exploration behind PAI, based on 25 times the data, claims that achieving a score of 100 each day can lower the threat of cardiovascular complaints by 25 percent and increase life expectancy by 5 times.

Awakening to the realities

After each night, the Amazfit GTR 3 sleep shamus provides a detailed sleep report that includes enciphered map marking when you're sleeping lightly (blue),

deep sleep (purple), and REM (green) sleep. Unheroic marks the waking moments. The report breaks this down into probabilities,

comparing them to average numbers; In case, 20 per cent of my deep sleep last night fell into a reference value of 20 to 60 per cent,

but my 71 per cent light sleep was more than the reference value of 55 per cent. That's not surprising,

considering we have a 6-month-old who still washes up at night. The watch also tracks how long you fall asleep and gives you a sleep score.

Some of this information is available on the watch every morning but detailed maps come through the app.

It's hard to judge the delicacy of time spent in deep sleep versus light sleep, but I would say the quantum of sleep time is fairly accurate,

although health shamus tends to count time spent falling asleep as factual subconscious hours.

Handling your business

Although the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch will require further features like a camera and call capability to be considered a complete smartwatch,

it's not without some of the better capabilities. For starters, it features Alexa onboard - however, Verity is told,

it may be easier to use your phone to penetrate virtual additions because its voice responses will come from your phone's speakers.

You can also use a smartwatch to operate your phone's camera. In addition, the watch can control your music,

give you a rainfall cast, and let you manage your schedule, above telling you who's calling or buzzing with textbook deliveries and other app announcements.

Amazfit - Amaz-ing battery life

The Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch's 450mAh battery energizes truly emotional running times – the watch can last up to 21 days on a single charge,

although that's with minimumusage. However, measure your blood oxygen, and talk to Alexa, if you regularly use a smartwatch to switch music tracks.

However, it was a solid aggregate. I planted myself feeling like I was demanding to connect to a glamorous pogo foot bowl every day just to do it

and see that I still had more than 80 percent of the battery life (my favorite watch face doesn't include battery position).

Previously connected to a bowl, a depleted smartwatch can return to full power within hours.

Shadowing health is just a valve down. So, who should buy an Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch?

Anyone asking for a swish health shamus should consider the Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch.

From sleep shadows to step summation to stressful situations, watch detectors provide accurate readings and detailed reports.

Plus, it has the ability to track more than 150 different sports and/or workouts.

However, you may be happier with a commodity like the Fitbit Versa 3, if you're looking for a fitness shamus with an everyday look.

For a budget fitness smartwatch, the Amazfit itself's own $70 Amazfit Bip U Pro is a solid choice,

offering many of the same health shadows as the Amazfit GTR 3, with just the older generation detector technology.

And if you're looking for an accessory that actually has all the features you'd expect from a device that bills itself as a smartwatch,

the Apple Watch Series 7 is still your stylish bet – giving you no objection to the nearly $400 bill.

But, in the end, if you want one of those stylish fitness trackers with a pretty swish look for the office and technology that can provide detailed data on all your workouts, the Amazfit GTR 3 has a lot of work to do with it and works for you.

From what has been explained, a Amazfit GTR 3 smartwatch is enough for those of you who want full and advanced features.

In addition, the price offered is also still fairly cheap with everything that will be brought.

All of the above data can be trusted, so don't hesitate to buy
